Coaches – (Seasonal/Full Time)

We need 3-4 Coaches for Beginner and Intermediate level training and Guiding. Our programs are typically 1-2 days at a training area, Thunder Valley or Ram Off-Road followed with Ride Days at Rampart, Westcreek and Rainbow Falls. You’re welcome to just choose one or the other, Coach or Guide, or you may find that you’d like to do both. Enduro Ranch courses are always 10-3 with some running mid week but primarily on the weekends. This could be a Full-Time Coach/Guide for the season or just joining us Part-Time so you can make sure to get in plenty of rides with your buddies.

Level 1 – With the rollout of the Level Up program we need experienced riders who can wrangle Level 1 (beginner) riders from April through October. This is a defined fundamentals program for you to instruct. And while there are plenty of skills and techniques to teach, you’re more than welcome to bring new insights and action to the program. For Level 1, you don’t need to be an expert rider, but you’ll need to be able to assess riders, provide input on what they need to change and be able to demonstrate things yourself. One cool thing, you’ll become a way better rider yourself. No doubt.

First Timers – With programs every other Saturday at Thunder Valley, RAM Off-Road Park and other front range venues, there’s plenty of opportunity to spend your weekends teaching and guiding as well as making some coin. First Timers coaches need to be able to work with kids and adults. And, if you have a preference we can probably make that happen.  Courses begin in mid-March and continue through November.

Summer Camps – 3-Day Summer Camps begin in May and run through August. Camps are at Thunder Valley and Ram-Off Road for training with trips 1-2 days a week to Rampart, Westcreek or Rainbow Falls. Classes run Tuesday to Thursday.

Guides – (Seasonal)

If you want to guide with Enduro Ranch we’d like to hear from you. Click HERE to find out more.

Camp Manager – Seasonal (Potential year-round)

You’re in charge of a lot of logistics and upkeep. We travel to riding locations near and far. For the time being most are in Colorado. Managing all the peeps, equipment and travel you’ll keep things in ship shape. You’re not required to ride a dirtbike for this position, but good on ya if you can; you’ll be able to ride some amazing places. Because you like camp, RV or stay in hotels in beautiful places, you’ll enjoy the spoils of amazing experiences.

Our seasonal trips start with Spring Break in mid March and go through September. This role is listed as “Potential year-round” as you may enjoy the coordinating side of the role as well as being outdoors. If that’s the case, this could easily transition to or from the Coordinator position.

Coordinations Ambassador – Seasonal (Potential year-round)

With kids, families, buddies and individuals all in for the stoke of riding dirtbikes, there are a lot of details to make sure everyone is experiencing the best lessons, rides and vacations ever. Your job is to make that experience exceptional for them. You don’t have to be a dirtbiker for this role but it might help deal some questions. If not, we’ll fill you in with all the 411.

As a Coordinations Ambassador you’ll work indoors and outdoors. Connecting with potential and existing clients, sending emails and more office stuff combined with being out at the trailhead, track or for trip event send-offs, you’re the smiling face of Enduro Ranch. This is a seasonal role that could overlap and roll into Camp Manager on occasion or as a year-round role. If you’re good at details, communicating and like being outdoors with people, please don’t hesitate, make this a great season!

Mechanic – (Part time)

We need some serious help in this department. We’re located at Rampart Range or Thunder Valley most of the time. With a growing fleet of bikes and a wide variety of skill levels riding, there’s always maintenance and repairs to be tackled. There’s the routine clean up, filters, oil changes, tires, etc., as well as some more advanced stuff like swapping a piston, adjusting valves, new clutches, and the like. Bikes could be handled on site or taken to your shop depending upon time and place.

If you’re a good wrench and would like to make some extra coin here and there let us know. As a bonus, you’ll be privy to some really cool rides and get to hang with some good peeps here and there. All in all it’s pretty low-key and a great gig. We’d be willing to trade time for instruction and trips if that would be better for you than cha-ching.

Marketing Manager – Seasonal (Potential year-round)

Primarily digital with some print here and there, you’ll like this role if you geek out on creating campaigns and optimizing processes, reviewing data and using brand assets and campaign themes to generate content. You’ll be posting ads, publishing photos, generating email campaigns, updating the website, generating social media posts, and coordinating with creative and sales teams.

You should know your way around WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar), and of course social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. BONUS: If you’re skilled at things like editing video and photos. DOUBLE BONUS if you ride dirtbikes, but it’s really not required.

WooCommerce Product and API Expert – (Temp to Part-Time)

Can you connect things like WooCommerce with things like Events, Mailchimp and other digital platforms? You’re hired. Know how to manage products? Contact us pronto. We’re rapidly growing and need help making things run smoothly on the back end. Plenty of opportunity here for a developer or savvy web designer. BONUS: You can get Google Maps integrated into a variety of pages and emails.

Product Manager – (Seasonal to Part-Time)

Seek out resources and make cool branded products. We’re looking for someone with a design background, whether it’s fashion, soft or hard goods. You’ll source potential products, create samples and crowd source feedback. With a greenlight you’ll be in charge of ordering, stocking, shipping as well as preparing products for events.

You’ll work with a variety of artists to come up with designs for target audiences. An understanding of niché sports and extreme sports isn’t required, but it will be helpful in creating things that will keep dirtbikers happy.
